Contributed by Trevor Poulsen. January 1988 300mm x 260mm When you open the brochure, page 2 is on the left and page 5 on the right. However, the cover has a join and opens out to page 3 and page 5 then appears on three pages , as shown in 3, 4 & 5. Also, Page 13 opens out to reveal pages 14 & 15.
